SOC 2

Testpad has obtained SOC 2 Type 1 certification.

Testpad is currently in the process of obtaining Type 2 certification.

SOC 2 is a security framework that specifies how organizations should protect customer data from unauthorized access, security incidents, and other vulnerabilities. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) developed SOC 2 around five Trust Services Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

Testpad is committed to privacy and data protection, including the requirements set out by the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Testpad has worked to enhance its products, processes, and procedures to meet its obligations as a data processor.
